Sintonia Espiritual no Dia a Dia
Sintonia é lei universal, é algo a que estamos sujeitos o tempo todo, dormindo ou acordados, trabalhando ou descansando, dentro ou fora do grupo mediúnico. É algo que, naturalmente, buscamos, o tempo todo, é atração entre os semelhantes, e no universo tudo é regido por ela.
Na natureza, a sintonia se dá por instinto, é automática, e não tem qualquer interferência de emoções, sentimentos ou pensamentos. No ser humano, no entanto, ela é diferenciada, por ser determinada pelas vibrações que ele próprio cria ao seu redor, por meio dos seus próprios pensamentos e sentimentos.
Sempre que age, fala, pensa, deseja, tem idéias, toma decisões, tem impulsos, etc., o ser humano está, automaticamente, estabelecendo a sua própria freqüência vibratória e, ao mesmo tempo, emitindo suas energias, nessa freqüência, para fora de si. E depois de exteriorizada, a vibração já não é só sua, mas de todo o universo, para que encontre eco em vibrações semelhantes, pela lei da sintonia.
O ser humano pode, portanto, escolher o que pensar, sentir, dizer e desejar, mas uma vez escolhido, já não poderá escolher como vibrar ou as energias que irá emanar, pois isso já terá sido determinado pelos seus próprios pensamentos e sentimentos, e estará totalmente fora do seu controle.
O segredo está, então, em saber pensar e sentir, em ter o controle sobre os próprios pensamentos e sentimentos, produzindo, assim, a vibração que se quer externar e, consequentemente, aquela com que se quer sintonizar.
É por esta razão que mudança de sintonia não se faz de fora para dentro, pois é impossível mudar externamente um padrão vibratório, uma vez que a origem da vibração é interna. A mudança tem que ser íntima, dentro de nós, na origem dos nossos pensamentos e sentimentos. E isso não pode ser feito por terceiros, não importa quem sejam, pois pensamentos e sentimentos somos nós mesmos que escolhemos.
Se plantamos sementes de limoeiro, não podemos colher tomates. Se escolhemos pensamentos e sentimentos negativos, não podemos esperar ter uma vibração positiva. E se não temos vibração positiva, pela lei da sintonia, não podemos esperar sintonia com outras vibrações positivas.
Se a nossa sintonia não anda boa, se estamos nos sentindo cercados de energias densas, se o ambiente à nossa volta anda carregado, em vez de procurar, fora de nós, o que está causando todo esse desconforto, devemos buscar no próprio íntimo, bem lá no fundo, o que, em nós, está ATRAINDO essas coisas, o que, dentro de nós, está vibrando na mesma freqüência dessas energias que insistem em nos “perseguir”.
Passes e práticas energéticas são muito bons, mas mudam apenas e temporariamente o nosso exterior. Se o que vem de dentro de nós não for mudado, não haverá prática energética suficientemente boa que consiga nos ajudar e manter o nosso padrão vibratório elevado.
E se sintonia é algo a que estamos sujeitos o tempo todo, é importante que aprendamos a buscar melhores pensamentos e sentimentos continuamente, evitando julgar, criticar, condenar, reclamar, agredir, ofender e ofender-se, em qualquer situação, para evitarmos a sintonia com energias mais densas, geradas por pensamentos e sentimentos desequilibrados que estão por aí, em todos os lugares.
Se estamos harmonizados e serenos por dentro, isso se reflete, automaticamente, por fora e cria, ao nosso redor, um campo energético que nos isola das energias mais densas, mesmo quando estamos completamente cercados por elas.
A energia não é boa, nem ruim. Como tudo o que Deus criou, é neutra e só se polariza pela ação dos nossos pensamentos e sentimentos, refletindo apenas aquilo que somos por dentro.
