Deja-vus - O que são e como ocorrem
Deja Vu são sensações fortíssimas de que já passamos por uma determinada
experiência. Há várias explicações, mas muitos casos desafiam a lógica
cartesiana.
EXPLICAÇÂO PSICANALÍTICA:
Em termos freudianos, poderiamos estar sendo atraídos, via inconsciente, por
situações onde repetimos padrões, ou talvez fazermos uma leitura
particularmente intensa de situações bem cotidianas, quando elas nos evocam
padrões inconscientes. Assim, dentre milhôes de imagens cotidianas, números
vistos, pessoas, assimiladas e deletadas sem maior significado aparente, o
inconsciente escolheria justamente aquelas com as quais fizesse associações,
dando uma falsa impressão de coincidência - quando o que pode estar sendo
repetido é, no máximo, um padrão do observador.
EXPLICAÇÂO JUNGUIANA:
Mas há casos cuja complexidade desafia esta visão mais racional, ou pelo
menos nos faz especular sobre uma natureza muito mais “transpessoal” para
esse elemento quase externo (à consciência, é claro) que chamamos de
“inconsciente”.
Carl G Jung, sucessor e dissidente de Freud, possui uma abordagem melhor.
Para junguianos, os deja-vu estão intimamente ligados às sincronicidades
(coincidências significativas), e ambos implicam em não termos pleno
conhecimento da realidade.
Deja-vus, sincronicidades, significados simbólicos e pequenas previsões em
sonhos são acontecimentos notados e relatados empiricamente por milhões.
Porém, segundo Jung, não são adequadamente tratados por nossa ciência já que
a mesma se baseia sempre em experimentos causais (reproduzíveis), enquanto
deja-vus e sincronicidades são “acontecimentos que se relacionam não por
relação causal, mas por relação de significado”.
SOMBRAS DA CAVERNA
Fatos assim nos levam a questionar o tempo/espaço, e/ou a natureza coletiva
do inconsciente. Para Platão, a “realidade” que percebemos são como as
sombras em uma caverna, que nos dão idéias do movimento, mas não nos
permitem compreendermos a verdadeira natureza e dimensão do que é observado.
Para os quânticos, o tempo pode ser relativo, e a matéria também. Para os
hindus, vivemos em “Maya”, uma ilusão sensorial, e sequer o tema é o que
parecer. Vem daí o fundamento de filmes como Matrix.
VISÃO ESPIRITUALISTA:
Em uma abordagem transpessoal, não entramos na discussão da natureza do que
chamamos de inconsciente. Se para os fenômenos freudianos sua origem pode se
situar nos domínios neurológicos, e em Jung este parece pelo menos envolver
um sentido coletivo, podemos extender este conceito para abranger (ou pelo
menos não descartar) as possíveis causas espirituais, paranormais ou
teológicas que muitos apontam, uma vez que ao chamarmos de “inconsciente”
admitimos não termos consciência de sua natureza. Assim, as “sombras” de
Platão podem, pelo menos em parte, ser oriundas do que relatam como “mundo
espiritual”, e em havendo inteligências extra-físicas e/ou coletivas, não
podemos descartar sua influência nas escolhas e percepções que
psicanaliticamente classificamos como “inconsciente”.
MINHA VISÃO
A minha visão particular possui embasamento pós-junguiano, transpessoal, com
conhecimento psicanalítico, quântico, espiritualista - e, principalmente,
grande massa de observação empírica e profunda de sonhos, próprios, de
pacientes e de membros de comunidades que possuo com mais de 50.000 pessoas
relatando os seus.
Dentre outros motivos, tenho certeza que em mim a principal causa de deja
vus são sonhos esquecidos, quase premonitórios.
Como anoto os sonhos, que são depois esquecidos, tenho certeza de que muita
coisa dos sonhos aparece, ainda que figuradamente, nos dias ou meses
seguintes.
Ao contrário da maioria dos espiritualistas e/ou místicos, no meu caso não
creio (com base no que observo) que isso ocorra para profecia ou previsão,
nem tampouco que seja algo de “paranormais”.
Ao contrário, a observação me sugere que estas “futuras coincidências” são
utilizadas no sonhos de hoje como se o inconsciente (seja lá o que ou quem
for isso) criasse metáforas psicanalíticas com eventos menores futuros - do
mesmíssimo modo que sabidamente as cria com fatos do dia anterior, com
complexos da infância ou mesmo (junguianamente demonstrando) com símbolos e
mitos do inconsciente coletivo.
Quando enfim ocorre o fato previamente sonhado e anotado, tenho um “deja
vu”. Quanto mais forte a lembrança do sonho, mais se parece com uma
sincronicidade, dando uma estranha (e lúcida) percepção da “realidade” (seja
lá o que isso for).
Como anoto muito os sonhos, faço muitas leituras psicanalíticas e simbólicas
do cotidiano, e estou atento a esta possibilidade de questionamento do
tempo-espaço-realidade, parece que percebo vários deles, em volume maior que
a média. Falo disso bastante nos cursos, chegando a conclusões no mínimo
assustadoras, capazes de mudar a vida das pessoas, já que parecem (na
prática) envolver futuro e co-criação.
Já em outros casos como esse, esqueço do sonho, que se vai na memória de
curto prazo - mas fica para sempre nas anotações. Passadas semanas ou meses,
tenho um “deja vu”, e só depois leio no caderno que havia sonhado com
aquilo, figuradamente ou não, há mais tempo atrás.
